Get To Know Josephine Veglia

Attorney Veglia concentrates her practice in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate Administration, Elder Law, and Special Needs Planning. She also has expertise in related practices of real estate and general business planning.

Josephine was admitted to the bar in Massachusetts after having earned her Juris Doctorate in 1984 from Suffolk University Law School. She also is also admitted to practice before the U. S. Supreme Court.

Josephine is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and has been a member of the National and Massachusetts chapter of NAELA (National Association of Elder Law Attorneys) since1994. She is currently serving as the Second Vice President on the Executive Board of Tri Valley Inc. and has been a member of Tri Valley’s Board of Directors since 2001. She has been a member of Tri Valley’s Advisory Board for the Money Management Program since 1998.
