Client Engagement Specialist (Sales)

The Role
We’re seeking a driven, empathetic, and organized sales professional to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll guide prospective clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives—protecting their loved ones and legacies. This is not cold calling—it’s relationship-driven, consultative sales. You’ll work with warm leads, build trust, uncover needs, explain options, and ensure clients feel confident about moving forward.


What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with prospective clients via phone, video, and in person.
  • Engage leads, explain our services, and guide them through the decision process.
  • Follow a structured follow-up process to stay top-of-mind.
  • Facilitate a smooth handoff to our legal team after engagement.
  • Maintain sales funnel and track and report sales metrics and pipeline status.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of consultative sales experience (legal, financial, healthcare, luxury, or other high-ticket services preferred).
  • Strong relationship-building and active listening skills.
  • Comfort discussing sensitive topics with empathy and discretion.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and virtual communication platforms.

Key Performance Goals:

  • Conduct minimum 10 sales calls per day.
  • Hold minimum 3 initial consultations per day.
  • Report on total calls, leads generated, source of leads, and conversion rate (PNCs → clients) weekly.
  • Follow up with 100% of PNCs (even those who registered for seminars) who did not engage within 3 business days.
  • Conduct check-in calls with all former clients on schedule.


Compensation & Details:

  • Commensurate with experience.
  • Bonus potential based on performance.
  • Full-time, in-office role.
